Angie Harmon (born Angie Harmon) is an American model and actor who was a part of a number of movies and television shows during her career. In the beginning she was an established model, and later after becoming famous internationally, she decided to make her foray into acting. She started her acting career in 1995, when she appeared on a TV show called Baywatch Nights. Her voice was featured in the animated version of the film 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.' The beginning of 2000 was when Harmon decided to focus only films and stop doing TV shows. Following a couple of films and a few short films, she returned to her TV role. She was among the few actresses who chose to show off naked for the magazine "Allure" in the year 2008. She is best known for her character as the detective Jane Rizzoli in the TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles.' The character of detective in the police force was highly regarded and she won several prizes. Angie Harmon is nominated and awarded for outstanding work.
